I had a very disappointing experience with this fence contractor. The project began with a clear plan, but once work started, the process became very disorganized. The crew did not properly mark the fence line, which resulted in sections that are noticeably uneven. Some posts are not aligned, and the overall structure looks crooked from different angles. The gate installation was also poorly done and does not latch properly. Communication throughout the job was frustrating, as I had to repeatedly call for updates. After completion, getting them to return and fix the issues was extremely difficult.

Very poor workmanship and lack of professionalism. I hired this company for a privacy fence installation, but the results were far below expectations. The panels were installed with uneven spacing, and several boards already look loose. The fence does not feel stable in certain areas, which is concerning for long-term durability. The crew also damaged parts of my lawn while working and did not repair the area afterward. Cleanup was incomplete, with nails and leftover materials left behind. When I contacted them to address these concerns, the response was slow and unhelpful.

The crew seemed rushed when they finally returned to finish the job. After installation, I noticed gaps between panels and uneven heights along the fence line. The gate hardware feels cheap and does not operate smoothly. I also noticed that some posts were not secured deeply enough into the ground. Attempts to get follow-up service were frustrating, as communication became very limited after payment.

This was one of the worst contractor experiences I’ve had. The fence installation was handled poorly from start to finish. The fence line is not straight, and several sections appear weak and unstable. Some boards were already damaged before installation but were still used. The finishing work looks rushed, with rough edges and visible gaps. The crew also left debris scattered across my yard, which I had to clean myself. When I reached out about these problems, the company did not provide a proper response or solution.
